Chances are you need to replace both the condenser and furnace, then you you should get a varaible speed blower with the new furnace, get at least a 90% gas system with a 16 SEER condenser, save on energy cost as soon as it's installed. Go Get IT

The electrical schematic will be on the inside of the lower door...
Check also that the board has not been changed...
Also some of the newer furnaces do use a 120v ignitor and maybe you are being given the wrong one...check the full model and serial numbers to figure which ignitor you need...
I thnik you have a 120v board in there...there is really no way a 24v board can give you 100v...that means you should be getting a new style nitride ignitor that is 120v...

If you are using strip heat as seperate mode you must install a fan isolation relay which would be energized by emergency ht mode of stat.
