How to convert my 64gb pen FAT32 to Fat

Its not possible because of the file system type you are trying to format it with can't support regular fat. You need to drop to some lower operating systems, which would still make it hard to do. I suggest not trying to go back so far, or at least try going to an earlier operating system, and use fat16 or fat12, at least with these you can find boot disks, like from here. http://www.bootdisk.com/

Write protection error in pen drive

Hi, It seems to be a virus problem. Install a latest antivirus and scan the pen drive through it.

Pendrive write protection removing

Hey, the transcend pen drives usually have a small switch on the side of it, ie to turn the write protect on and off, usually a small lock symbol on it, the problem with unreadable files names etc, could be a corrupt partition, i would suggest formatting the drive as long as you aint got any important information on it,

All the best
