Question about Veo Advanced Connect Webcam

Veo Video everytime i press record it sayz AVIERR_FILEOPEN and it doesnt let me record anyything.

OK uninstall all the drivers for the camera. Download and Install the LATEST drivers & software B4 plugging in camera. Using ANOTHER USB port, insert ya USB camera, it should be detected... when, and if, it asks for drivers point it to wherever they are. Restart ya PC and see if you have sucess. Also ensure all your "Default" setting for recording are indeed setup... IE: The Dir where the files are to be stored, type of file, etc, etc.

I will send you a free copy, or the .iso file if you prefer, of the VEO Advanced Connect installation CD & Bundled Software (for '98/Me/2000/XP if you do not have the drivers required. Email me at: alkellyaz@gmail.com Once you have the installation CD: (A) If you have attempted any installations before that didn't work properly or only worked partially, uninstall them at this time. (B) Clean your registry with CCleaner or equivalent. (C) Restart your computer and (D) Install Drivers from Veo CD-ROM, using Auto-run, and following the simple prompts. (E) Once installation is complete, Open Veo Digital Studio from Start Menu or Desktop icon, and Click on "Record a Video". (F) You will then be prompted to connect camera to USB, at which point all device, video, and audio drivers for the camera will be automatically installed in a few seconds, and your camera will then be fully functional. The whole process takes about 1-1/2 minutes.

if you are using yahoo then try for other messenger..

A nice easy one. Eject your tape and look for the record lock on the cassette. It's usually a small plastic red tab which you slide to one side. The record will then work.

It's put there to stop you mistakingly record over the top of something you want to keep. Just make sure it's nor something you want to keep before recording over it :-)

My remote show it is supposed to work but when i try to turn on my cable with my dish remote it doesn't do anything


  1. open the door on the right side of your receiver and press 'Sys Info
  2. press record multiple times on your dish remote
  3. press select
  4. if this doesnt work change the batteries and try again
  5. if this doesnt work call Dish for a new remote

Normal 0 Go to "TOOLS", click on "OPTIONS," Then go to "Audio Settings" and click on it. Make sure both the Microphone and Speaker's are correctly chosen. Then "make a free test call." Wait till the voice tells you to record. Then when finished talking wait for the test persons voice to insure your audio transmission is working. Then go back to options and test your video settings. Click on Video Settings and proceed to set up you video camera. Also, you can visit this site for additional information to setup video.

It keeps making a beeping noise and wont let me record or do anything!


Try taking off the battery and reinserting it to see if it resets mech,If this doesnt work you wil have to bring to service.Dont go at it yourself as you could cause serious problems,
