Question about Philips GoGear SA5245/37 Digital Media Player
My Ref-#: PHE-090102-0231
After recording a movie from TV, I used Media Converter 2.5 for Philips on the resulting DVD. It leads me to ArcSoft MediaConverter. The result on my GoGear is a very fine movie but with no sound.
How do I get the soundtrack on GoGear?
Please read the following threads, they may help:
Thread 1: firmware update
Thread 2: encoding in avi
If after updating your firmware and using either ArcSoft, or the encoding method used in the thread above, and you're still not getting sound, let me know.
