Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Not once, many times.

I tried many solutions.

Shortcut Virus Remover is the best solution I found.

A 100% free simple application.

You can download it from this link - Shortcut Virus Remover

Place it in your pen drive and double click to run.
Press Enter to confirm its process.
That is all.

XP Antivirus 2012

Hello look at this page here:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-xp-antivirus-2012

install this program from here:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

Here is a free version that works great.
This is also the best free malware remover available !!!!!!

Install also a better free anti virus program like this:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/security-essentials-download

Please uninstall the old antivirus program, before you install
Microsoft Security Essentials.
Mse it`s not useing so much of the pc`s memory to operate.

Your windows version must be valid, to use mse program.

Good luck

How to remove palladium pro?

When you find your PC infected, instead of a normal screen of start up, you will see a start screen with a Palladinum Pro logo. Instead of pressing one of its offered "Normal Startup" or "Safe Startup", launch Windows Task Manager (ctrl+alt+delete) and stop palladium.exe process. Windows will ask if you are sure about this, so you should also press Yes. Additionally, you will see a blank screen with Task Manager running, so to return at your Windows desktop click the File menu, run New Task, write explorer.exe into the Open field and press OK. Now update your anti-spyware (Spyware Doctor or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware are recommended) and run a full system scan.
you can download malwarebytes anti-malware on this page:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

If this helps orsolves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for myresponse.

My computer will not allow me to download any fantivirus software

Hello

Thank you for using
FixYa for your problem

Ok, you have a bug in the system blocking you form getting to sites.

http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/ this is very good if it will work for you or use another computer and download "combofix.exe" run this in the affected computer. This will remove most of the common bugs and reset the Windows programs back to default, helps if IE has been hijacked

You may want to turn off your system restore feature afterwards to remove any save bits, then turn back on, create a restore point

Please rate our solutions and if you still have problems please call back for more ideas to help you

C windows system32 keyboard services.exe

Hi,
The virus that cause in action in these system file's is using up of pen-drive's without running an anti-virus check before accessing it,if people's use pen-drive's in like internet cafe's or anything like that. You can wipe it of if you know how exactly find the file in the registry.(The Temp folders should be cleaned out periodically as installation programs and hijack programs leave a lot of junk there. Download CleanUP.).I personally recommend to use Avira Ant-virus or Kaspersky works well and don't slow down the system.
Please find out the URL link.

Hope this Helped!

Go here http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and download the Malware Byttes Anti-Malware Trial Application. That removes all of those Fake Virus Alerts. Just make sure you delete all system restore points aswell when the malware is removed, as otherwise it will just creep back in on the system.
