It says message from webpage it keeps appearing all the time it's geyying on my nerves how do i get rid of it

-click internet explorer
-click the advanced tab
-click reset then ok
.:make sure that you are connection on internet

The reason is that you are using Internet Explorer. The best thing you can do to enjoy the Web more and get a lot less viruses, is to not use Internet Explorer.
Install Opera or Firefox and the site should load without issues. I have been using Opera for years and it is the best browser for me, but Firefox has the advantage of being more extendable, there are lots of cool things it can do. Either one is much better than IE.

Restart your computer repeatedly tapping the f8 key to enter safe mode while the screen is black once in safe mode where the only things working will be your keyboard and mouse allowing you to attempt to repair your computer this may vary depending on your computer and operating system If done properly the user should get to a screen similar to the below screen. Select the option for Safe mode command prompt only Windows Advanced Options Menu
Please select an option: Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt Enable Boot Logging
Enable VGA mode
Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)
Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows domain controllers only)
Debugging Mode Start Windows Normally
