Question about Lenovo 3000 Y410 Laptop
My mosue touch pad is enabled but still its not working. It was working fine couple of days ago but suddenly it stopped working. I double checked and touch pad is enabled but cant operate the mouse touch pad.
I m able to use the USB attached wired mouse only.
Please help and guide me in this matter
Just above my keyboard there is a little black strip with little lights.
they are control buttons and if you tap one of them it turns the touchpad off and on (so it's very easy to do accidentally).
If you look really closely at the strip in good light (or restart the laptop to see them flash on and off) you'll see that one looks like a touchpad crossed out. Just press this to get your touchpad back.
If it doesnt solve the problem, I have noticed that the touchpad can be knocked out by a Window Update of something called ideacom. If you believe this could be the problem please clarify.
