Dont know how to get MP3 format,always say...

What you have is all a matter of converting mp3 files so you can put it on your player. There are many programs that do this, I prefer a program called tunebite. In that specific program you simply drop the files you want converted in and then select the output file type at the top as .MP3. It will drop the files into a tunebite folder in "My Documents" unless otherwise selected. You can then drag those to your portable device.
