Question about Canon MultiPASS F60 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a canon imageclass MP370/MP360 can you or anyone else help with my problem
The wasteink pads in the bottom of the printer need to be replaced or cleaned then the printer waste ink counter needs to be reset.
The pads I hear should be removeable and you could wash them.
The reset instructions.
Reset Waste Ink
1) Enter SERVICE MODE.
By pressing the black button with the star (in a head ?) above it, followed by scan, copy, scan
2) Select TEST MODE (press right arrow button 13 times).
3) Select PRINTER TEST
4) It'll now say "- 8-2 +" press the right arrow key once to get "- 8-3 +" Hit ok.
5) Select 0. [INK COUNT].
6) Press the ok key.
7) It should return to showing the "8: Printer Test - 8-3 +"
8) Press the [Stop/Reset]key - black key with triangle and circle on it - (returning to the state of 3)), and then press the [ON/OFF] key.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
