No, you cannot remove the date and time stamp from a picture that you've already taken. You can:

    • crop the picture to remove the date and time stamp; however, this will also remove part of the picture.

    • open the picture in an image-editing program that lets you write or color over the date and time stamp.

If you do not want the date and time stamp on future pictures, turn it off:

    1. Press the Menu button.

    2. Use the arrows to:

      • select the Setup menu.

      • select the Date/Time Stamp feature.

      • turn off the Date/Time Stamp feature.

    3. When you are finished, press the OK button.

I have a kodak EasyShare C315. I need the date stamp but can't seem to make it work on pictures. I have set and reset it. How do I make it show of pictures?

In any mode, press the MENU button. Use up/down to highlight Setup (three horizontal sliders) and press the OK button. Use up/down to highlight "Date Stamp" and press OK. Make your choice and press OK. The date stamp will only appear on photos taken in the auto mode.

I want the date stamped on the picture.

The camera records the date and time (and a lot more) with every picture. If you want the date stamp to obscure a part of the image, you'll have to set that using whatever program you're using to print it.

DATE on kodak prints

I'm sorry it's not possible to add the date to the already taken picture on the camera. You could have it added in a software correction software.

In order to have the date and time on future pictures:
Menu
Camera Settings
Date Stamp (Icon is an old fashioned stamp)
Choose ON
