Umm.. It can't be a problem with the headphones themselves as when i pull my usb thingy out of the socket a bit, both work but it's hard to get them both working.

Try using a different earphone. Try listening to the FM station to check if it is only the songs you have downloaded to the player. Then if all else fails try to contact sandisk they may other solution for the player. Their number is 1-8667263475.

My phones right earphone is not working.

Hi,
The problem is obviously as a result of the fact there is a loop in the wire as a result of a breakage in the wire hence the right earphone is not working.
The solution is to replace the wire that connects to the right earphone,or better still get another earphone.

Thanks and take care

What can I do to fix a cable issue in my headphone? The right side doesn't work unless I move around the wire attached to the headphone.

Hi, what makes oneofthe earphones not to work,is because the wire inside the right side of the earphone hascut and will need to soldered back to it's position.

Open the right side of the earphone, and use a soldering iron and a lead to put back the wire properly.
after put back the wire, problem solved.

Thanks for using fixya..

Right earphone wont work.

It is very likely that the problem is in your MP3 player and not your ear phones. If it is still under guarentee, then take it back to where you bought it. If not it may be that the earphone jack plug is faulty? It is a trade off between the cost of repair against the cost of a new one. These things are often glued together so opening it could break it anyway - sorry

Earphones right side won't play...

I inserted a drill bit that fits the exact size of the aperture and twisted it around a few turns and it is working better.
