Question about GE 35GT690 35" TV
When I turn it on it buzzes and will not turn on. Was working fine the night before. I unpluged it and it still just buzzes
This set likely has a shorted horizontal output transistor q4401 part #223942. There are many po9ssible causes for this. the most likely is a defective flyback transformer t4401 part #223952. If cr4106 is shorted q4401 will be destroyed at turn on. Also bad solder connections at t4301 can cause q4401 to fail.
