Sansa c250 not working at all!

When i turn on my sansa nothing show on my screen! The light goes on on the menu button and control pad but nothing else happens! The screen just doesn't show at all. If a press anything it will still stay that way. And i have checked if it was on hold and it wont show up on my computer when i plug it in with my usb cord

2 Suggestions:

1) It may be that the battery isnt charged, let the unit charge fully
2) If that doesnt work, its probably time to send the unit back to sandisk
