Video Controller (VGA Compatible)- needs installing

The problem has been solved. Your expertise technician did a spectacular
job in anylizing the problem. He took control of my computer, and was able
to fix the issue. I did not have "display adapters" in the device manager
before, now I have. He used a "driver and utilities" cd that I had, and it had
the "VGA" controller on the cd. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! FixYa
