My BMW 2004 325ci dome light keeps coming on randomly. My driver's side door is hard to open. Could this be a switch or related problem?

If the " strike plate" is not adjusted properly then the light switch will not " seat" properly.
I would say it is related, check these both and please let me know what you find.

Replace fuel filter and check fuel pump operation. Sounds like fuel starvation.

How to replace front brakes on 2004 BMW 325ci

If it's like most BMW brake rotors you don't remove the center nut to remove the rotor. You should see a slotted screw in the rotor a couple of inches out from the center. Remove it and the rotor comes off. Might have to tap rotor with a rubber mallet but it should come right off.
