Question about Apple iPod touch
My iPod touch is disabled. my daughter usually plays with it and she must have disabled it and now i can not restore it. i am trying to connect it to itunes on my new laptop but i keep getting the same message: "itunes could not connect to ipod because it is locked with a passcode" i tried many times to restore it but i can't even do that....is there anything that i can do. i called apple and talked to a representative but he said that i might have to send it in because it is not under warranty anymore...they want to charge a fee but i wanted to see if there is another way of fixing it before i have to spend any more money on it. any help would be appreciated....thanks
