hi if it s the right knob then it should fit pull out the old 1 from the device slowly.... soo if there is some kind of a spring or a spcial place that the spring was then you can see where it was and the install will be easyier take the new 1 hook the spring at its place (you can use the old 1 if its still in place and push to its place, adjust the slots inside the knob to the stem make sure that it sits still and working good good luck

There is a fine strip that runs from the face to the circuit board. It is possible that face has gotten dirty just needs a can of compressed air or the circuit board has failed inside the face. The face plate is very easy to take apart and put back together, just make sure you don't lose any pieces ;) Good luck!

SOURCE: Car Radio just stoped working.
My same model did this too. The wiring harness may have gone bad. Try direct wiring the stereo or replacing the wiring harness if you can get one. This fixed the problem for me.

Is it older then a year? warranty or call18004211404. If your fuse is good check these. check you harness for a GOOD ground, check for power with a meter reader. For some reason on these units if your constant 12v and ignition 12v are both not hooked up it wont even do a thing. make sure both are connected. no loose connects?
