Download the printer driver package for your operating system from the Epson website here http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ProductHome.aspx?lng=en-GB&data=FGQ8MBMpKlvU002FYftijq311mEemspjctdoVArZie7Awg8U003D
Uninstall your printer, reboot, then install it using the driver you downloaded. Make sure you install the Status Monitor as well. If this fails to solve you problem, repost it with information of what you have done.

First go to your pc and click on file, print when the window opens does it show your printer in there? is it set to THAT printer? does it show as being Ready?
If not re download the driver, then click on File, Print, right click on your printer and set as default.
Next double click on My Computer, ( or click on Start, Control panel, printers and faxes, put your mouse over your printer it should say Ready, if not then change the cable
