Troubleshoot Rheem furnace rcba-3765gg17

I am having an couple issues with my furnace. The symptoms are as follows: The system turns on and the heating element starts to glow bright orange and then ignites the gas and see the four flames turn on and it runs for 5 min. then stops. The other problem that I am having is that some of the flames when they ignite, they all don't ignite all the time. Sometimes when the heating element ignites the flames, 2 out of the four might ignite and some times all of them ignite up and they sometimes ignite in different order. I was thinking it might be the control board but if anyone has other suggestions, please let me know. I have also tried cleaning the Flame sensor and have replaced it and does nothing to change the furnace turning off after 5 min. Please help! Thank you.

SOURCE: Replaced pilot sensor. Still not lighting furnace. Have a high humming sound for about 2 mins then nothing. Any suggestions? Furnace is about 8 years old

The humming sound might be a stuck blower motor or a motor that won't start due to defective starting capacitor.

I have a rheem classic 90 plus rcba 3765gg17 in my condo. What is the filter size?

Mike I would contact Rheem directly or just take it out and go to a store and match it up
You could do a search but think the other two ways will be a lot faster

Filter location? Rheem Classic Super Quiet 80, RCBA 2457GG14XI

Open the two side panels. The filter is at the bottom held down with a wire spring. Release the spring and the filter can be removed.

Outside fan runs constantly Aux Heat only 50%

Let's start out by your statement that the fan would not run, then you changed the contactor, not it won't stop running.
I believe, based on your info, here's what you need to do. Kill power to the unit. The 2 wires bringing power to the outdoor unit should be on the top 2 terminals. The 2 fan wires should be on the bottom 2 terminals. This is providing that the contactor is mounted Vertical. The could be an outside chance that the unit has a short in it and you are getting voltage feedback somewhere.
Take another look.

Rheem Furnace sometimes takes a couple of ignition cycles before

Try cleaning the flame sensor. It is located right besides the last burner. Looks like a thick piece of wire. Take steel wool and gently remove the carbon that has built up. Should only take 4 or 5 strokes. Let me know how it goes after that. ken

Need to change a filter, can't find it?

Found it, I could kick myself for not reading all the labels on the air handler unit itself.  If you look in the middle of the unit where the power is connected you'll see a small door that says filter access.  Two thumb screws hold it in place and behind it is a washable black mesh filter, slides out.
