If you only purchased it 3 months ago it should still be under warranty.

Just bring it back to your place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Our HP Officejet Pro L7780 All-in-One have had a paperjam. I have removed all the paper, but the printer shows the whole time there's a paperjam again. The printer makes a sound when you turn on the...

Try unplugging the power cord of the printer from the back of it while it's turned on and then plug it back in.
If you still gave the message try pressing ok and see if you get rid of it.
Here are some work arounds for that issue:*Try removing and reinserting the cartridges and make sure they are properly fitted in. *Remove and reinsert the duplexer *Try cleaning the rollers infront of the printer and from the back of the printer. *As for the rollers try, moving them and turn them around with your fingers. *Turn the power off and then on
This is a hardware issue already so if all else fails for your printer. It's better to just call tech support. If the printer is in warranty they will be able to replace it. If it isn't they might let you in on a good deal.

My HP L7780 will not print blue although it has a new cyan cartridge installed. The print head tests okay on the control panel.

If the machine functions well otherwise ( no errors ) then you should try to run the cleaning function from the printer software. Locate the printer in the printer folder and right-click the icon and select properties. Then select preferences at the bottom of the window, and select the maintainence tab. Select clean, and follow the directions. If you see no improvement after 3-5 cleans, it is more than likely the printhead. Contact HP directly to see about warranty replacement of the printhead. There is a warranty date on the side of the printhead itself. The printhead may also just be prematurely defective, so if out of warranty, try to replace it.

Frozen Screen

I had this problem and the only way to solve a frozen screen is to let the unit run out of battery and bring it back to life. Battery will die out on you for 6~8 hours. Once battery is dead you must do the following.

Waking up your c330...

If you left your Garmin c330 on running the battery will have 1% life left. If you turn c330 back on again, it will flash screen for 3 seconds then die, even charging it at this point will not wake it back up. TO BRING IT BACK TO LIFE... plug in the power home or car into Garmin c330. There is a tab in the front Garmin gray frame of your screen. You must take like your fingernails and under the logo "GARMIN" pull the whole gray plastic frame off. Underneath the plastic frame to the right hand side. There is a "RESET" button. Make sure power is plugged in while hitting reset. Your battery should come back to life. Cheers
