Question about Canon imageRUNNER 1370F All-In-One Laser Printer
The printer may show a paper jam message and still have none. Check out the sensors, sometimes they stay activated, even when they seemed to be ok. I highly recommend you to clean up your copier with pressurized air. be aware of the following sensors: pre-Registry (open the lower back door/cover and there it is), bypass (right in front of the multipurpouse tray), registry (remove the cartridge, under the metal flag that can be moved back and forth) and fixing (on the left side, where the papers get hot)... good luck!!
if you dont have the pressurized air try a blower or sometihng like that. if have have none of those then you are gonna have to find the way to remove anything that could be blocking the sensors.
