Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
If you havent already, try to remove the sim and the battery and reinsert it.....if it still doesnt work, put your sim in another handset. if the issue follows the sim, the sim will need to be replaced. if the problem stays with the phone, attempt a master clear if the handset will let you. (the master clear will reset all phone settings and delete all your info so beware)
go to MENU > SETTINGS > INITIAL SETUP > select MASTER CLEAR
***security code by default is 000000 (6 zeros)***
