Question about Sanyo DS32920 32" TV
I was watering my plants and over watered it, water ran down the front of my tv and now it wont do anything,
Just open the TV after disconnecting it from AC wall outlet. Us a hot air blower to dry it out. Wait till all water has been evaporated out, and then plug it and see, whether it works. If not, contact any service technician to make it right. If
you are not familiar with electronics, do not attempt to repair. Whether you suffer fatal electrical shock!
Instead, contact the nearest service center.

The water has already done its damage. Try leaving the set unplugged and drying out for a few days then try it again otherwise you will most likely spend more to repair than to replace.

Personally when I do encounter a TV with known water damage [set was plugged in of course] I will regretfully deny repair. It will be next to impossible to fully recover a repair. This is my very honest opinion!
