Hi it is possible that you Alternator is faulty,if you have access to a VoltMeter ,check the battery voltage in the morning before you try to start it you should have around 12.7 volts for a charged battery if not fully charge your battery again and check the voltage with your car running you should have around 14 volts with the engine reving at 1500 revs.ifyou get around 12 volts then your lights are taking more power from the battery than the Alternator can replace. You could also get your local garage to Drop Test your battery to see if any of the Cells are faulty
Sounds like a bad battery. A number of chain auto parts stores will check it and your charging system free. Before that, if your battery has removable caps, check the water level, if it's down, fill to the bottom of the fill rings and charge the battery, if you have a battery hydrometer, all the cells should have about the same charge level, if one or more show a lot lower than the others, battery is probably bad. Hope this helps.
If battery is flat (discharged) that could be one of the problems. Charge the battery or try jump starting from another vehicle, if possible. If it still don't start after trying those two things, it's probably the starter gone bad. If it starts after charging or jumping, have your battery load tested and your alternators output checked. Make sure you didn't leave something on for example headlights or something plugged into accessory outlet, could be the reason battery went flat. In a nut shell, one of these caused this. Bad battery, bad alternator, bad starter or something draiedn battery. Hope this helps.
I had the same problem when my battery went flat and tried to use jumper cables connected to another vehicles battery. I called Volvo and they said I need to disconnect the battery terminal to reset the computer. After re-conecting it the remote control worked again and I was able to jump start the car. Maybe your car's computer went into a similar state.
put a drop tester across the battery its flat for whatever reason or had its life so try charging it with a trickle chearger for a couple of days and if still no start then renew it
CHECK YOUR VECHICLE SPEED SENSOR WIRE FOR DAMAGE.OR THE MAGNET GEAR ON TRANSMISSION OUT PUT SHAFT IS BROKEN OR DAMAGE.IF THEY ARE GOOD YOUR PROBLEM IS IN THE DASH.BROKEN SPEEDOMETER.
