Practice!

Treble clef remember the following rhyme.

Notes on the lines : Every Good Boy Deserves Football E G B D F
Notes in the spaces spells F A C E

The practice is just to recognise them quickly - nothing short of practice will help here.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Yamaha psr 1000

Hi
I'm not sure I completely understand your problem but......it sounds like you might be in "Fingered On Bass" mode. This means if you play a chord like F using the notes FAC- if you play them in 2nd inversion (so the order is CFA) the psr-1000 will make the note "C" the bass note. In this mode if you played ACF then "A" would be in the bass part. Change to "Fingered Chord"-this will enable you to play any chord with the tonic (the name of the chord) F whether you play FAC, ACF or CFA in the bass part. I don't have access to a psr-1000 but often with Yamaha instruments this can be changed by pressing and holding the "Auto Accompaniment" button. I hope this helps.

Roland fantom g8, problem, The last 2 octaves do not issue sound

Read page 135 regarding the note range settings. Look also for keyboard split information. You may have the keyboard set to NOT play notes in the top octaves for the particular voice you are using.

When I connect my midi cables to my PC and use Fruity Loops or Mixcraft and I play notes on the Roland Juno D keyboard, some of the notes stick and dont stop playing once released and others are played...

The name for the notes that don't stop playing is "Dreaded MIDI Drone". It is caused by multiple note on commands and lost "mating" note off commands.

Also read "c." on page 80 regarding buffer length and "choppy" sounds.

Low volume, high pith squill

The schematic is here:http://www.vintagesynth.com/roland/xp60.php Take note though that the design was changed for the newer DD3. Here is a link to a forum with links to later DD3 service notes:http://music-electronics-forum.com/t15879/. Start checking transistors at the input. Check voltage readings on pins on the I.C.s to see if they match the supply voltage at IC10 . If you get voltage readings on pins that aren't supposed to have readings there is a good chance that the I.C. you are testing is shorted. Also check the diodes as you proceed.

When i hit some E notes from silence and i strike...

Who knows what kind of instrument you are talking about??? Could be a organ, synth or even a guitar...

For organs, etc, there may be something loose and resonating... go searching by putting pressure on things that might be vibrating...

If it is a guitar it is probably fret buzz... read up by searching google for fret buzz... it is caused by inadequatte clearance of the strings to the frets or playing the strings wrong (plucking vertically)..

Have a guitar and can't find any info/history on it. Serial # QNX0160Rhttp://www.fixya.com/images/misc/checkbox_unchecked.gif

Try to open the back part of the guitar. The plastic plate covering and try to read and note down the types and serial numbers of the potentiometer, pick-up model, or anything that is noted inside.
