I am not familiar with the Blue Wave inflatable spa however the ones we sell are replaceable so I would imagine that the Blue Wave one would be.

EasyPak 1000 Flex-Fit Air Spa Control System. Everything works fine, except, when plug in heater power. Gfci trips. When unplut heater power, everything works

GFCI blows because you have a short to ground. Check your wiring for loose connections and your heater core element.

I have fractional spa pump with 1000 watt heater. the spa was on but no water was in it while it ran overnight. did this burn the heat elements out of it and can I fix it?

It should be OK. These units should have a flow switch to prevent activation of heating element without water flow. Yes, heating elements can be relatively easily be changed if needed.

My Therapure four person inflatable suddenly stopped working. electrician says outlet and breaker are fine. I can get the plug to blink red but then it throws my breaker. no luck with 1 800 #

It is more than likely your heating element. Not sure what style they use but if you send me a pic of your equipment, spa pack w/ the cover removed, I can walk you thru how to test it.

If you have a good grasp of electricity, find the heating element and with the power off remove the leads. Try to plug it back in, reset the gfci, and give it a minute. If it doens't trip and everything runs fine replace the heating element. With most spa packs it is possible to replace only the element, some like watkins you have to replace the whole heater. If the spa still trips with the heater disconnected start unplugging your equipment starting with the ozone, then blower, then pumps, one at a time until your braker stays on.

Dead short on the heater element will need to be replaced.
You will need to get the model number off the silver sticker located on the stainless stell heater tube.

Jacuzzi hot tub, Water is too hot. Heats until it trips the system. I have replaced the analog temperature control,

1) Safety question first
Why hasn't the GFCI tripped.
If your spa is not protected by ground fault., then you are at serious personal risk.

2) Replace the element.

3) If element is cracked, it can continue heating to ground wire, causing runaway heating.
This applies to spas, and water heaters of all type.

50amp breaker for spa heater gets hot after about 45 minutes and then trips. does it need replaced?

MUCH more likely that your heating element needs to be replaced. Check all connections for heat damage, due to resistance. If you ever stop water flow, the heater MUST be turned off, or you can kill it. Fortunately, it costs tons less than the breaker.

I have a Jacuzzi Z 145 spa. I was constantly getting an FL error. Purchased a new switch, put it on and when I turn the spa on I immediately get a circuit blow. What could be causing this problem?

Its possible your heater has a ground fault. If the old pressure sw was giving the FL code the system would not send power to the heater. Now with the new sw working power is being sent to the heater.
