I have this problem that persist with my computer. as soon as i push that start button on my computer comes on i get this page that appears asking me for my password its all in blue with a box surrounding it. what is looks like again: on the top upper left hand corner it says the password is fashion in white lettering with blue background and in the center it says enter password. i have to do this everytime i turn on my computer, and then when it warms up i have two type my real password to unlock my computer so i can get in. how do i get this off my system.

You may try this; Turn OFF the laptop, remove the power sources (ac adapter and battery). Without power sources, hold power button 10 secs. Put back the power sources, and power ON the NB.
If same problem persist, boot from safe mode. Here's how;

You can check the screen if it is defective by trying to use another screen or monitor. Try this and if the problem persists there is a problem with your video card. If not, the problem is in your monitor it might be that the fuse shorted or busted. Or it might be you that you forgot to adjust the screen brightness, or somebody did make a joke on you. If the problem still persists, my best advice is for you to have your computer checked by a qualified and competent technician for he has tools to determine the defect. Most likely your laptop is going into sleep mode. Lots of them do not like sleep mode if nothing happens when you push the power button try to hold it down for about 5 sec. your computer should power off and then you can start as normal. If this problem persists change the options in your control panel to turn sleep mode off. That should solve it.
