Lost remote .. cant do anything without remote, how do i reset

Have you installed the EasyShare software on the computer?
Does it work when inserting the SD card into the frame directly?
You must connect the frame with the cable before the frame will be able to find the computer.

Ur display screen can be repaired by skilled technician , i thinks its LCD enegising circuit is not working at all .

Unless the menu buttons are available on this model you will need the remote to select or delete.
So try and get one spare from the dealer.

In this case I dont think that you will find an original one ..what you have to do is to get from the old one (if you didn't disposed it already ) the frequency number ..usually written on the bottom under the buttons..and with that frequency ..you will be able to get an universal one that fits..
or ..write to the manufacturer 's support site ..and see if they can replace it ..but I doubt it ..the first idea is the best ..
I will go for trying a few ones at the local electronics store and see which one is fitting the frequency ...even if will not go for all the functions ..at least will allow you to open and close and change picks from the distance ..
OR >>>I just looked on ebay and I found this one ...its from a photo frame and from the same manufacturer and I bet will work like a charm ...I guaranty it ..cause all manufacturers use only one frequency for remotes cause it will not make sense to do otherwise ..
