Farmville won't completely load....maybe 20 mniutes or more....then freezes.....I get "Shockwave Flash" message .......FV pretty much inoperable

This is likely caused by an out dated plug in. You should update your flash player via adobe web site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact Zynga support via https://www.zyngaplayersupport.com/click your game; then on right hand side there's a red "?Get Help" click on this then either mail them or use chat.

Hi Jeff Gheng here, do you installed Flash and Shockwave Player? if not kindly install first.. try to download in your browser and then install. restart your computer and log in to your Facebook Account, if doesn't work, you have a slow connection... try it later.... Best Regards!

My Facebook chat window freezes up when someone responds to me

Try Using Different Browsers other then IE explorer 8 or below, they have problems working with new chat windows and stuff that it don't really recognize. For instance try firefox, opera, google chrome, safari 4

One of these would have to work with facebook, if not make sure you have enough RAM space to even run anything other then browser sometimes a slow machine can just freeze from working it self to hard.

Yahoo is totally shut down with error messages. hw will i be able to check email if yahoo as totally shut down from my computer?? same with facebook as per usual the system is slow not responding same with...

Sounds like you have some sort of infection on the computer. Would be odd for both Yahoo and Facebook to be down at the same time. Also you mentioned your computer is running slow and not responding which furthers the thought of malware/virus on the PC.

To scan for an infection I would recommend (2) pieces of software. The first one is "MALWARE BYTES ANTI-MALWARE" & the second would be "AVG ANTIVIRUS". If you click on the title of both of those softwares it will take you to the download page. Download them and run them to get your system cleaned up. If that does not work come back and let me know and we can further troubleshoot the issue!!
