Manually feed the bobbin thread through the needle top plate and try sewing. The result might give you a further clue as to what's going on. If its not something as obvious as excessive tension or incorrect routing of the bobbin thread, it might be the clearance between the needle and the needle hook. Did you try changing needles in case it's a bent needle?

When I got the machine it was so dirty you could not turn it. I cleaned and oiled it and it turns free now but it breaks the threed at the needle as soon as you try to sew.

This would probably be caused by the top thread tension device being too tight, dirty or gummed up. If the machine was really dirty then good chance the tension device will be gunked up too.

Have you cleaned the top tension device too?

I'm not really familar iwth the Consew but on domestic machines where the tension device is two metal discs with a screw/dial to tension them, you turn the knob down to zero to open up the device as much as possible, then clean between where the thread runs by flossing it with a selvage edge of clean fabric. If you can do its and black stuff comes onto your fabric, then keep cleaning.

You may want to dip the fabric into denatured alcohol first, this will help degum the tension discs too, this will help clean the gunk off the metal.

The take up lever on my morse 400 super dial sewing machine does not move up and down, It is stuck. What can I do to fix this problem?

it won't be the take up lever it is a false impression, take the bobbion case and raceway out and you will probably find thread stuck

I thought I loaded my bobbin correctly, but I start sewing and it tangles all around the bobbin and gathers all the thread and stops the machine.

Make sure the bobbin turns anti clockwise in the bobbion case and make sure the thread pulls through the slot with slight resistence, if it is too loose tighten the screw on the bobbin case about a quarter of a turn to the right and test sew, repeat if necessary

How do i put threed into the bobbin and keep it from not getting tangled?

Is it getting tangled while you're spooling the bobbin on the top right corner of the Singer 1507 machine? If this is the case, you have to pull the thread through the top tiny hole in the bobbin, and hold on to the thread end. Then click the bobbin to the right to lock it in place, power up your machine. Keep holding the thread as you begin spooling the bobbin. Let go of the thread once the bobbin starts to spin a few rounds and the thread should not get tangled.
