I looked at the specs for your laptop, it does not list Bluetooth, that does not mean you don't have a bluetooth adapter. Open Control Panel, Is their a BlueTooth Icon? Is there a Icon in the Tray Notification Area? If so right click, open settings OR open Services and select Bluetooth and check if the service if running. In Device Manager, is bluetooth adapter available?
Please Press and Hold Windows Logo Key and R key. Now the Run Dialogue Box type "Services.msc" then look for the Bluetooth Stack Service check whether it is selected for Automatic and Started. Now click on the REcovery TAB in the PRopeties option of teh Bluetooth Serive and select REstart the Service for all the Failed attempts.
1. Go to services by typing services.msc in run. 2. Double click on Bluetooth support service and change the type to automatic. 3. Start the service. 4. Try connecting the device, now u can connect.
Run services.msc (which is the service management tool) You should see a Bluetooth Support Service, set this to start and then have it automatically start with windows as well.

Is it equipped with bluetooth? Do a search for bluetooth on your computer and it should bring up the bluetooth icon. Go "start", "search", then "all files", and type in bluetooth and search.
Go to Device Manager and see if you have section named Bluetooth Radios and your BT adapter listed under that. usually Bluetooth and Wireless adapters are controlled by a single hardware switch.
see a service called “Bluetooth Support Service” and it is dependent on “Remote Procedure Call (RPC)”, check those two, under Start>Run>type services.msc whether running or not ....
