Re: using my Mp3 player

To transfer an audio CD to MP3 use something like the RIP function in Windows Media Player or Nero. Once in the MP3 format, hook your player up to your PC and transfer the MP3 files from your hard drive to your player. Your player will show in windows as a removable drive. Once connected just drag the files across to the removable drive and place them in the root music folder. To delete the files, open the root folder, find the file you want to get rid of and hit the delete button.

Hi, Just charged this item, MP3,(SanDisk Sansa Fuse+ 4GB), for my daughter, now it is in a strange" Re'gion", how do I get back to English...?

From main menu, select settings.
Then select "system settings"
Then select "language"
Use thumbwheel to select English, then hit select to select it.

The online manual is here:

If you cant read the current language, translate the words by typing them into google translate.

Mp3 is changing language on its own how do i fix it

You are going to want a language translator, such as Bing Translator to help you make your way back to settings and switch it back to English.... Also, make sure it is set on the right region format, say if it is set for Italy, it may assume you are Italian and switch the language :) Hope this helps :) Check the to see if it on the right timezone also... Reading the instruction manual may help....

I can't download audios, videos or photos, I keep getting device not installed in computer......what device and why is downloading so difficult??????????????//

The "Device" is the mp3 player. It should have come with an installation CD. Because this installation software was not installed, you are getting that message. If you have the CD, run it.

This is very curious, but Microsoft marks their website as a "dangerous download" website. I checked it out, and it seems to be just like any other mp3 manufacturer's website, and there didn't seem to be any harmful software for the Mambo Mano players. There is a driver download for pre-XP Windows systems, but that is all. The user's manual is useless and obviously translated from another language.
