Kindly take out the imaging unit out of the printer and take out and put it properly.
If this did not fix you may try using the imaging unit from other printer.
If this did not solve then visit a service center or buy its Imaging unit.

I hhave the same here. Just before the image error message, its says very shortly: "Checksum Volume is not valid". I think its a problem in the mainboard, so i'll bring the printer back to the store, it's still under warranty, so.
