Question about Gateway Profile 5 PC Desktop
I have a gateway Profile 5, and it keeps shuting down on it's own; by shut down I mean it's like the plug is being pulled. No warning, no error msg, just off. The only thiing I've noticed is that the green indicatior on the PSU will "pulse" - not blink, but get brighter and darker. I had it re-loaded, replaced the surge protector, and had it pluged directly into the wall. Any ideas ?

Try to power drain it. Unplug all the power related devices that are connected, like a monitor data cable or external printer, just unplug all the cables in the back after you shut down your computer, press the power switch of your computer and keep it pressed for about 45 secs, release it, plug everything back and check it if its working. As well double check if that particular socket is usable, plug something else in to see if its working.
