Hi there follow the instruction below.
1**. Double click my computer then double click USB Video Device. You can see your self then. If the USB Video Device not showing there then you have to install the cam first.
2. Power On the laptop/PC & after ready your OS for work just put your Webcam driverdiskin DVD/CD RW/ROM. when its open, that time just select webcam driver and install it as per your operating
system(Vista or XP). So do it, and after finish installation ,restart the laptop. Your will see your cam is ready for use.
Then follow again the first instruction.**
3. When you confirm after viewing your self in cam , then stop it. Now login on messenger , click messenger > privacy option , from there select your camera device & save the settings.Now click to connect the cam from messenger. Check you have the latest driver - faults likes this are usually patched until a new driver is issued Access Device Manager from the Control Panel and expand the Imaging folder. Right click on your webcam text and update driver - select internet when prompted. If you have the latest driver - check the Creative website and Skype for any forums that show similar problems

setup on the program they are to be used with.Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to
broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for

Try this your cam needs to be setup with skype have they set there cam up with skype also
Go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card. Then click on the Video Settings. The camera if installed properly will come up and show a picture. Then on the bottom of the page click on Save.
Make sure the cam is compatible with vista.
Uninstall cam in control panel add/remove
then unplug cam reinstall cam software and plug cam in when instructed or during restart

Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you
to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
