Hello, com_jedi. I would suggest you contact the OKI Customer Support line in order to address this issue. The phone number is 1-800-654-3282 (800-OKIDATA). For your model unit you would hit options 1 then 4 to get to mono support.
It is possible that you purchased a defective consumable and OKI warranties them for 90 after the date of purchase. If this is a new drum/toner it may need to be replaced to determine if it was a bad chip in the cartridge or if there is some other issue with the unit that is causing the error.
It is also possible there is a misalignment with the sensor that is located under the drum unit. A support tech can walk you through the troublehshooting as it would be a bit difficult to do here.

The error issue your printer is facing means "Fuser STS Front Disconnection fail"
First try to reset the printer by powering off and then on. If the problem still persists then you need to detect fuser or fuser assembly which is required to be replaced.
