You are limited to the file formats for the PMP501C-4 Media Player specifically AVI(MPEG-4/XviD). Convert your videos to MPEG-4 before transfering to the media player. There are several video converters available.

Video are not clear
Set your video player display setting to maximum pixel.And moreover it also depend on the media files you are playing.
For example : Media files converted by using Total video converter in default setting gives low video quality.

I perfer Mp4 files more than 3gp for mobile videos.

Lost driver
The disk had Rhapsody and / or Best Buy Software and Sansa Media Converter. Which can be downloaded from www.Rhapsody.com and the Sansa media Converter is here; http://www.sandiskthailand.com/images/SansaMediaConverter.zip It did not contain any drivers. As long as you have Windows XP / SP2, and Windows Media Player 10 or higher, you will not need anything off of the disk. Best of Luck.
