the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

HP SureStore Optical 9100mx MO DISK NOT READY ERROR

The error message means that the MO disk hasn't come up to speed. Try a different disk.... That's pretty old technology, it may simply be worn out.

My juki MO-644 serger is threaded but the stitches are not correct. How do I adjust the numbers to get the correct stitch?

What I do: Load each spool with a different color thread. Stitch several inches and examine threads. Adjustment can be done more easily when you can see what each thread is doing. Settings change for different types of stitches. Get your manual to see what settings for stitch you are trying to produce.

The rear needle on my EA 605 broke and I replaced it with one I use on my Juki . This is not working. Can you advise?

You need a BLx1 type needle for the Baby Lock EA605. This is a different type of needle than on most other sergers (even other BabyLocks). The only Jukis that use this needle are MO-102, MO-103, MO-104 & MO-134. I'd guess your Juki is not in that list.

Several sites have the appropriate needle. This is one vendor who has them in stock: http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/needle-10-pk-organ-necchi-blx1-11.aspx .

I hope this helps.

Maxoptix t5-2600 Will not eject MO Disk

As far as I know the green led means "write" & red led means "read". Don't increase time out on the SCSI card . If you press eject button wait 10 secs. If no response I think your MO drive having some problem . Or your jumper setting doesn't right.
I using t5-2600 on SunOS so I'm not exactly know what's problem on your drive. But Maxoptix MO drive very durable. I bought from ebay and manufacture date were 1999 . Oh my god . Just almost 10 years . And working good.
