I have a 2 year warranty on my computer and i want it to get fixed, where do i take it?
Go to www.xbox.com and sign in using your .NET Passport details, go to 'Support' and then you have to go and click on the 'Register and Repair' link. From there you will be guided through the steps of making sure the serial number on your xbox 360 is registered and, assuming your console is still in warranty, after explaining the problem ie, 3 red lights, you will be presented with the opportunity to print out an instruction sheet with details on how to pack it in a box properly for transport to Microsoft for repair. The printout will also provide you with a postage paid coupon with all the neccessary postage details so it gets to Microsoft safely. When its been fixed they will ship it back to you also at no cost, providing I think, that they were actually able to find a fault that is covered by warranty, if they don't find a problem covered under warranty I hope you have very deep pockets because by the time those bloodsuckers at Microsoft have finished with you it would possibly work out cheaper to buy a basic Xbox 360 Arcade console, anyhow, you can check the terms and conditions for warranty repairs on the Xbox website also.
