In case you dont have a disk you can install windows using a USB flash drive by following these steps:
Step 1- Download ISO image of Windows from: windows.microsoft.com/ website
Step 2: Download YUMI from: www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/ website?
Step 3- Plug in your USB in pc.
Step 4: Run YUMI and follow the on-screen instructions by selecting the appropriate operating system.
Step 5: Give path of the ISO Image and select the USB drive to make boot-able disc
Step 6- Plug in the USB onto the system on which you need to install the windows.
Step 7- Turn on the system.(Change the boot preferences to USB if the system do not automatically start booting from USB).
Step 8- follow the on screen instructions to complete the windows installation. Thanks

go to hp website, select support & drivers > type printer model > select OS 32 or 64 bit> download full feature drivers.. install

Go here and then select windows 7 x64 if you have the 64 bit version of windows or windows 7 32 bit if you have the 32 bit version of windows 7:

there can be "Multiple" reason 'why'? "Windows 7, is not [Installing]?

To try to give you every "Scenario 'or' Solution, would take 'hours.'

So to make this 'less' complicated; do the following:

Go to this "Website," and "Download the Window 7 Advisor."

There will be a "Scan" of your Computer's OS, Drivers...

Once the 'scan' is "complete;" you will get a [Full Description], of what Specifications need to be 'meant,' and or what 'is not supported' with "Windows 7?"
