I have just recently bought a BMW 3 series 320td sport with sat nav, tv computer screen the, 6 CD multichanger does not seem to work, the changer its self seems to be functioning fine however there is no output of sound and just occasional interferance in the back ground. The CD player behind the drop down screen on the dash works fine can anyone help?? please

Hello There.
My guess would be that your sat nav was retro fitted, i'e not factory fitted. Who ever fitted it didn't use the correct wiring harness. It seems they may have used a wiring harness which didn't have the connection for a CD changer.
If you want to get this fixed you will need to replace the wiring harness which means stripping out the entire interior of your car, i.e seats, carpet, door panel. or you can live with the single CD which works.

My aftermarket sony explode deck is only playing radio and no cd or aux. Counter works and u can here the cd player playing but no audio any ideas?
we are getting 12 volts to a cd auto changer but when you press source button the changer is not working.i have the sony explode 6 disc changer wich is mounted in the rear of the car
does the control unit (main head unit in the dash) recognize the multidisc CD changer? in other words, are you able to toggle between the 6 disc changer, single disc changer, radio, etc?
also, are you using original CDs in the 6 disc changer? not sure if CD-R or CD-RWs will work in this model changer.
