If you have removed the retainer rings, then use a deep socket that is smaller than the wrist pin, and use it for a punch and it should tap out with a mallet

Yes this could be the carb that needs adjusting, but it could also be the governor or both the carb and the governor. You could try adjusting the low speed mixture screw by turning it counterclockwise 1/8 of a turn at a time 3 or 4 times and see if it helps, (remember where it is so you can return it to this position if this does not work) or try it clockwise 3 or 4 times. That is about all I can suggest for now. Adjusting the governor is too hard to try to explain to you. I hope this helps a bit. Best regards and good luck.

SO WAS MINE, AFTER STRIPPING IT DOWN THREE TIMES I FINALLY FIXED IT, JUST ASK FOR A CARBY GASKET SET TO SUIT YOUR MODEL REPLACE IT EVEN IF IT LOOKS OK LIKE MINE DID, AND AWAY SHE GOES!!
