Question about Dell Inkjet 720 Printer
I had this solved a few years ago, but my computer crashed, and I can't remember how to fix it. For some reason, the pc will not recognize both drivers and I need to check the box (or uncheck the box) next to
but I can't seem to find the place where this is.
Sounds like you are looking for System configuration utility.
Click Start and then click Run and type MSCONFIG (in Vista, I believe you just type it in the box next to the bottom of the start menu).
Select the Startup tab and untick the StatMon box. Restart the computer. A "warning" will open on reboot saying a bunch of verbage about the fact that you just changed the "startup settings" (or something like that). Just tick the "don't show me this again" box and click OK.

Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came withthe printer. When the software program asks you to connect theprinter to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
