Hi there , not knowing the make , im guessing its a wired keyboard , if so . Then there is no ways you can buy a reciver to make it wireless..if it is wireless and it didnt come with a reciever , then you should question the place you bought it from , and they will provide you with one..if this is not the answer you were looking for let me know , i will be of assistance:D
Wireless keyboards and mice generally come with a reciever that either plugs into a usb port or your ps2 port on your pc. Once you have this connected to your pc and you have ensured that there are batteries in your keyboard. Press the connect button the reciever then the connect button on your keyboard and it should work. Without the software for the keyboard you may only just be able to use it as a normal keyboard (wirelessly of course), with the software you could enable other functions on the keyboard if it has any.
