Question about GoVideo Go Video DVD/VCR Combo
At first I thought remote needs new batteries. That's not the case. I have a Go Video Dual VCR where I time record my favorite shows. HELP! What can be the problem? Barb
I had the same problem, At the time, I called and was told to press each and every button on the remote twice. I really thought they were just fooling around - but it worked! I know it sounds ridiculous but I have done this twice in five years and I don't know how or why BUT IT WORKS!!!!
Make sure you take the batteries out first before pressing all those buttons!
