I have changed out Stator Assy. and this didn't correct problem

Check first if there's any restriction in the basket and the drive system. The stator and therefore the rotor overheats either due to restriction in the drive system or the stator has shorted coils that result it to draw more current making it overheats. Th problem is in the stator if no restriction with the drive system is found.

LE is a locked rotor code, but usually means the sensor is not functioning. replace Hall sensor, if that doesn't fix it make surer the drum turns freely. the rotor never goes bad, and the stator almost never goes bad. replace board if sensor doesn't fix it.
