Possible to extend cables to speakers on HK soundsticks?

Hi, I'd like to know whether :
1° it is possible to extend the cables on HKSII (I mean, the cables between the woofer and bth satellites)

2° can I open it and remove the blue light within the woofer? will it still work?

3° Is it possible to remove the base ring under the satellites?
(zctually I would like to fix both satellites on a wall, 3 m from each other, with woofer to another 3m, in order to avoid to see it

tks

if you know how to solder you can just remove the jack and replace it with another one, of course you can ask someone else to do it at a nearby electronics store

Need help getting my computer to know my USAB connection

If your computer is not recognizing the soundsticks via USB there might be 2 possible root causes: either the PC does not have or cannot obtain the needed drivers for the installation of the soundsticks on the operating system, or possibly there is a problem with the USB port itself. This might be checked in the device manager of your operating system.

First things first:

1) time to change your stick speakers.
2) if got warranty, use it, if not, have to RMS them but I just
counsel you to change for others.
