Question about Peg Perego Vespa Scooter
Any idea why my moped intermitantly losing power? Sometimes I have to stop and wait for few minutes to get it going again. It seems to happen (most of the time) when weather is freezing cold.
Thanks in advance.
I think the compression is low.......better check the status of the piston rings
