Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

My tv keeps going into the different sources, i.e.; AV2, DVD, etc while I am watching a tv show. At times I cannot shut tv off & have to unplug it. What can I do to keep it from doing this?

have you changed any light bulbs in the area or added any other IR ( infrared) operated equipment ?
it sounds strange but it is possible that you are getting bad IR information generated by devices IE compact fluorescent or LED lamps also from the sun or other elecronics.
try turning off the lights and or blocking out the sun etc.
see if you remote and or TV stops giving you issues

Tv keeps changing the source of signal after about a minute so if i am watching cable tv on hdmi it switches to a different input i.e. ext connection after about a minute. it keeps going through the...

You may be the proud owner of devices that subscribe to the Consumer Electronics Control (CEC for short). These devices, via the HDMI cable, can read each others needs. If a CEC supported DVD is connected to your HDTV and the player is powered on, your HDTV will automatically change to that input ( eg: HDMI 2). Conversely if your HDTV is on and you change input to HDMI 2 the DVD player will turn on.

You could try the "masking tape over the TV's IR eye" to see if there is any extraneous Infra Red in the room that might be causing the problem? If it stops check for bright or shimmering light bulbs or Compact Florescent Lights (CFL's)

We have sound but no picture i have sound but no picture. when you change inputs the word input is doubled up and distorted

There were not much info in the manual but it did suggest trying this.
1st- Unplug for a few minutes and then plug it back in. Or use the reset button look it up in the manual. MANUAL

2nd- Blank screen troubleshooting

• If you're trying to watch TV, change channels or press the ANTENNA button to switch tuners.
• If you're trying to watch something that's playing on a component connected to the TV (like a DVD or a VCR tape), press the TV
button on the remote, then press INPUT until you get to the correct video input channel.
• If you're trying to watch a component (like your DVD player or VCR), make sure the component connected to the TV is turned on.
• If you're trying to watch a component (like your DVD player or VCR), make sure the component is connected correctly.

Post back if non of these ideas work and explain if there are any lights flashing or changing colors on the front where the green light usually is. A fixya rating would be appreciated, thank you for stopping by Fixya!

It all depends on the dvd that you are watching you cant change it to anything bigger than what is was recorded.

You will have to just watch it like it is. I have the same thing with my dvd player its really thin picture its annoying
