I am using the correct password. I can connect to other wireless systems that do not require a password.
Chances are you are using OS X 10.4.11 or lower, when you connect with that version of the OS, the default connection to a wireless network is WEP, but if the network requires WPA or something else you have to manually select it, then put the password in.
